This place used to be a great place at the previous location. Clearly... new management... and it is horrible! Massasge services are being given by those who have no massage experience. It was the worst massage ever .. I wouldn't even call it a massage. What a terrible disappointment. I would never reccommend this place to anyone. They should be so embarrased about the service. Do not go to this place. Biggest rip off scam ever.

Massage was great, relaxing atmosphere. After massage was done, I was kind of rushed out and never got my facial. I thought maybe I had misread voucher and it was either body massage or facial but nope, it should have included both

The appointment was on time however the massage and facial which was supposed to be 45 minutes each was cut down to 30 minutes each I was in there at 5 and was out by 6:05. It should not say 45 minutes per session if it's only going to be a 30-minute massage in the 30-minute facial.

Bleh service. Massage was nothing but 40 minutes of rubbing oil on my skin. No pressure, no massaging. Facial was just a glorified face cleaning. Clean face, leave on mask for 15 mins and leave the room, come back in, remove mask, tone and done. No pore cleaning, no massage, nothing.
