About The Play Factory

Kids find lots of ways to burn off energy at The Play Factory. They shuttle down the rainbow-colored 18-foot slide, scramble up the 20-foot rock wall, and work on their hand-eye coordination at the XBox station. Meanwhile, toddlers get the VIP treatment in their own area, which boasts plush couches and a private bounce house, but they must provide their own bottle service. When kids need a break, they replenish their energy stores at the candy shop or cafe.

The playground is parent-friendly, too; it's equipped with comfy couches, free WiFi, and Starbucks coffee.

The area is fairly small. We had to ask for them to open the climbing wall when they don't have that many activities to begin with. It's definitely geared for younger kids.

it's been nothing but a problem since I bought my many groupons. 2 owner changes and a new system so they have no resord of my visits. I dread going back because I have to deal with this every time.

The Play Factory changed management and won't honor the entire Groupon. Terrible customer service and not a good way to start for the new management.
