Made a reservation then called to change it man said ok showed up never changed it couldn’t return it for full refund only Groupon bucks then said if you wait 90 minutes I can do it spent $30 on an uber massage less than stellar then they a costed me for a $25 tip per person

You had an appointment for the next day. We received a request to reschedule, but when you arrived, your attitude was terrible. You were shouting in my shop and threatened to leave a bad review even before the massage started. We shouldn't have accepted you as clients, but we still provided the service. When you arrived, I told you that you could get a refund. You chose not to get a refund and insisted on having the massage, but you still left a bad review afterward. I'm truly speechless.

The staff didn’t speak much English so it made booking and communicating a little difficult. This was also an oriental style massage, not like what I’m used to. But the women did a great job.
