Cuando llegue no estaba registrada mi reserva. Te cobran 300 dolares de deposito mas 75 por resort fee. Hace 3 dias que hice el check out y aun estoy esperando el refound del deposito. Cuando hice el check out me dijeron que tardaba entre 2 y 3 dias y hoy llame para reclamar y dice que no depende de ellos si del banco. Las habitaciones son amplias pero un tanto viejas,el aire acondicionado ruidoso

The room was very hot when we entered the room. On the 15th floor the window was open. The AC took hours to work. Ty Front seat dod not answer the phone when we attempted to call. The bathroom door would not close as the screws popping out of the door. The sink flooded, the toiled backed up into the bathtub and the smell was horrible. The bathroom was not cleaned and had the last guests hair left

I've purchased this, and it was supposed to be a 198.11 But they charged my credit card 1382.99 And they charged me a smoking fee that the smoke detectors went offi.Don't even smoke.The only thing I can think of is.I was straightening me in my hair and the product. How can I get my refund money. I will never do this again. I could have stayed at a better more tell than this one.

Are toilet was not working they didn’t want to move us to another room we had to go downstairs every time we needed to use the restroom , elevators were not working we had to take the stairs, room service did not come and bring us towels when we asked for new towels we had to go downstairs and get them ourselves not happy with our stay.
