Positively dreadful! The shop is very nice. There are 3 tables right next to each other. I arrived on time for my appointment. I was the only customer. There were 2 girls in the shop. The youngest of the two asked me to lay down on one of the tables and started "working" on my eyebrows. The session was shorter than anticipated (45 minutes if that long). During the entire session the two girls talked to each other in Spanish. At the end of the session I looked at my eyebrows and was shocked!. One eyebrow was rounded, thick and short, the other one was pointy, thin and long. They did not look like they belonged on the same face. I was speechless. My only question was: "am I done?". I was told not to get my brows wet for 3 days. They are by far the most expensive provider on Groupon, which I assumed wrongly, was an indication of a excellence. I was dead wrong.

I love this place!! My brows look great and I don’t have to draw them on everyday!! Will continue to use this company!!!!

Absolutely above and beyond my expectations and I truly grateful to have found a place that fixed my old procedure my eyebrows were my biggest complex thanks to Paula I have the most beautiful eyebrows ever now thanks sooo much

Paula was amazing!! Her suite was immaculate and inviting. She took her time speaking to me about what I was wanting regarding my eye brows and then did an amazing job mapping out the brows for optimum shape. She spoke to me through out explaining what was next. The end result exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled at the results. Would 100% recommend ….one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas! Go see Paula if you want amazing brows!!
