Drawing upon more than 20 years of experience, Japango owner and executive chef Kevin Lee has created one of the most thorough—and certainly one of the most creative—sushi menus you'll find in all of Florida. The signature rolls are delightfully whimsical; take the chicken caesar salad roll, for example, which Lee inexplicably tops with bacon bits and fried plantains. If that's not wild enough for you, you can always try a smoked salmon roll sweetened with mango and crème fraîche. In addition to these, Japango's menu features sashimi entrees, tataki, and low-carb rolls wrapped in cucumber.
