This is a scam. The Groupon is more a lot more expensive than if you went and got the service there without a Groupon. They claim it’s a savings of $500 but you’re actually paying $100 more than what they would normally charge.

First off, the building with the address on the Voucher is not occupied. It's the building next door. The waiting room table is filthy. The oil disposal fee is mentioned in the ad, but the amount of $10 is not. Also, an $8.95 labor charge is added at the shop that is not mentioned in the Ad. So, it's an extra $18.95 for the work and if you pay by credit card, there's a 4% fee. The work area is chaos. I needed to wait about 25 minutes because my car was pinned in, in front of another car that was being worked on and my car was finished but couldn't get out.

The service was promptly done without any difficulties. The wait to hand over my keys and fill out paperwork could have been shorter, but I was helped politely and professionally.
