The atmosphere alone is enough to make Babylon Cuisine a popular hangout. The fragrant scent of hookah smoke fills the air in the lounge, with flavors such as melon blue and mint chocolate color. A wall of fogged glass cordons the outdoor lounge from the rest the place, creating a private setting where guests can recline on cushioned benches beside a rustic stone fireplace. Inside, there's the same sandy color palette, as well as crisp white tablecloths that make elegant improvised bibs. At night, the bar area opens up its dance floor, which shimmers with red, green, and blue lights. Belly dancers often make appearances, too.
