I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes for the stylist to finish styling and chatting with the client before me. She asked how much length I wanted off. We agreed on 1/2 an inch and cleaning up the layers and adding bangs. She trims the longest layer about a 1/2 inch and then her boyfriend stops by. She carries on a conversation with him about motorcycles and food while cutting off chunks of my hair. She took off about 3 inches off and made new layers. I could barely interrupt her to say anything as I saw my hair falling to the floor. This morning I washed and styled my hair and basically I have a mullet. I am unhappy with the haircut and the lack of professionalism at this salon.

You have to make an appointment in the evenings or Saturday's and that's the worst of it She did a great job on the nails
