Every facet of the 90-minute classes at Bikram Yoga Peoria is deliberate. The practice room's intense heat helps loosen tight muscles, allowing students to sink further into the stretches. Each of the 26 standing, seated, and twisting poses works together to systematically strengthen muscle groups across the entire body while pushing oxygenated blood throughout every organ system.

Although the practice is intended to be physically demanding, the studio features several amenities designed to make the experience more comfortable. A state-of-the-art HVAC system circulates fresh, purified air throughout the room, and the mold- and bacteria-resistant carpeting helps keep the studio smelling nice enough to get sued by flowers for fragrance copyright infringement. After class, students are free to retire to the separate men's and women's changing rooms and enjoy a quick shower.
