the booking process was really difficult, I shared all the necessary information for booking, including my preferred date and time and personal details, yet the appointment was not confirmed properly. I still went in and was then asked to come back the next day. Even after rescheduling, the time was changed again. I booked a microneedling appointment, but another client arrived within 10 minutes of my appointment time. As a result, my treatment felt rushed. The numbing cream was not left on long enough, and the microneedling procedure itself was very quick and quite painful. I expected a more careful and thorough treatment, especially for a procedure like microneedling.

Late and a bit rushed...but it was immediately following a freeze she was probably rescheduling several appointments. I'll try her one more time.
