Significant issues with store manager not locating me in the system as having an active Groupon and refusing to fix it. He paid little mind and admitted they have been dealing with the issue for many other customers. I made about 7 contacts over hours to Groupon and was never informed it got fixed til I called the shop like 7 hrs later

They remeed my coupon before service. And I didn’t take there service because of various reasons but because of there bad process of taking money first I need to wait for 10 days to refund
