My picture turned out great, but the experience was horrible. It is extremely difficult to book an appointment and they are consistently running late. I got my hair and make up done before the shoot and was told upon arrival that they didn't do a good job and the hair dresser combed out my curls. They attempted to pressure me into getting hair and make up done there and even took photos of me up close to show me all of my "blemishes." It was extremely awkward and felt predatory. They are extremely inflexible when it comes to editing orders- I had to come in person to sign a piece of notebook paper with scribble on it in order to get a refund and was required to book another appointment to do so. It took me weeks to get another "appointment" to sign the piece of scribbled paper before my refund could be processed. When I arrived for my 2nd appointment I was made to wait almost an hour while they ended another shoot. It took me over 6 months to get my photos from the time I had my shoot. The receptionist Dee was the only individual who had any interest in actually helping me or calling me back. After several inquiries I was met with attitude and accused of lying that I didn't receive any messages. Then they sent me instructions to view my photos but did not include how to order prints. It took several emails to get the proper instructions to actually order my prints. Everything about this experience was dilatory, inconvenient, unfriendly and terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this service. Use a selfie stick and a good filter, it will save you time, money and angst.
