I'm always impressed with how helpful, friendly, and interactive the staff are with children and families.

My 2 year old LOVED this place- was able to go on a weekday which was awesome. Loved the special Daniel Tiger exhibit and meeting DT himself. He still talks about it 2 months later. This will be an annual trip for us until he outgrows it!

We went to the area to visit Sesame Place. We bought a Groupon deal for the museum as well based on the reviews. We found it to be okay, but not worth the price even with Groupon. The carousel wasn't in operation so the free ride tickets we got were useless. The employees were all very friendly, though. For less than ten dollars a ticket, maybe. Anything more than that, nah.

I was a little disappointed. I am used to children being all over the place and things thrown about but this was another level. Many of the attractions were closed due to maintenance and most of the toys were in need of repair. The only good part about the museum was the grocery store. That is where we spent the most time. The staff were nice but the exhibits were just ok. Would not drive 2 hours for it again but some parts were fun.

Half the upstairs was shutoff that my kids really look forward to since its geared towards a bit of an older crowd and my kids are 6 & 7. I bought the groupon offer with parking & carousel ride tickets and the parking lot was full so the voucher went to waste and the carousel was closed too, complete waste of an hour drive each way and the 2 hours my kids spent there and waste of money I spent.

Please Touch is a fantastic kids environment that encourages thoughtful play. It's perfect for children ages 1 to 5. Very expansive, no real lines, friendly staff, great exhibits. After our Groupon Trip, I actually got a membership. We take our little girl regularly now. I don't think its very affordable though, without a membership or Groupon. It runs about $19/head (INCLUDING Adults) as the normal price.
