My groupon was for a tire rotation and oil change but they checked the rest of the car and filled our wiper fluid a courtesy. They were quick and pleasant. Would recommend.

The Customer Service lady was extremely pleasant and well organized. However, I have a few minor things I'd like to point out regarding time issues: 1. The service took a little longer than I was told - almost 2 hours versus 1 hour. And, in the end I paid an additional $5 bucks because they used synthetic oil. My car should take synthetic oil, but, I wish they told me up front it would be more money. 2. Two other people had issues with the amount of time it took. One man made a huge scene because it was going to take an additional 2 hours and his "ride" had just left. Apparently, this has happened to him in the past.
