Founded by Deborah Leader, Buddha Bella Healing Center is a sacred space where ancient wisdom meets modern wellness. As a heart-led, small business, our mission is to support each individual’s journey of healing, awakening, and self-love through community, consciousness, and compassionate care.

We offer a wide variety of classes—including Hot Yoga, Kundalini, Kriya, Yin, and Yoga Nidra—alongside sound healing, mantra, meditation, ceremonial rituals, and intuitive therapies. Our healing amenities include a Sunlighten infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, LightStim bed, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber—blending spiritual and scientific approaches to support whole-body vitality.

We also welcome fellow healers, facilitators, and visionaries to rent our sacred shala and share their gifts. Whether you’re seeking stillness, strength, or transformation, we invite you to join us in raising the collective vibration through presence, discipline, and sacred play.

30 weeks post knee replacement and still swollen with no improvement. A friend recommended hyperbaric oxygen therapy at Buddha Bella — so glad I listened! Week 1 my swelling dropped from 40cm to 37cm. Week 2 I was climbing stairs pain-free. Katie and Griffin were wonderful throughout. Such a warm, cozy space. Highly recommend!
