Cobblestone Auto Spa, Phoenix

The car wash was okay but I tried to use an expired groupon and it was not accepted... the cashier said there was "no money on it"... I had upgraded to a more expensive wash to take advantage of the expired groupon and look what that got me...

NEVER AGAIN! We've been going to Cobblestone (multiple locations) since we moved to AZ in 2003. A couple years prior to the pandemic, we started having disappointments with the service, mainly our vehicle not being cleaned thoroughly. Unfortunately, since the pandemic the situation has gotten significantly worse. Yesterday's trip to the Cobblestone at the intersection of S Higley and Queen Creek Road in Gilbert was the final nail in the coffin because they killed our customer loyalty. We arrived at 10:47 AM for a basic standard wash, so nothing fancy and no extra services. There was only ONE car ahead of us in the vacuuming line so we figured it shouldn't take too long. Silly us! FIFTY FOUR (54) minutes later our car was finally ready... and only then after I spoke to a couple of the outside cleanup team pointing out that three other cars that arrived after us in the vacuum and cleanup line were finished first. I understand finding workers these days is difficult, but it was chaos in the cleanup section and it didn't seem like anyone was in charge or coordinating team members to make certain things ran smoothly. We weren't the only ones having a bad experience either as the owner of the vehicle in front of ours finally got fed up and complained to the cashier. Frankly, I feel sorry for the workers outside because they were doing their best under difficult circumstances. The fault here is Cobblestone management, because they're clearly not doing enough to insure that the customer experience is up to the Cobblestone standard that earned our loyalty 18 years ago.

Great Job

The worst car wash I ever had. I got the Supreme wash and they did not wipe the wheels, the tire black was not even and blotchy, the body was not wiped properly, the dashboard and the cup holders was still dirty. I am never going back there again. My 14 year old daughter have done a much better job
