Abby was amazing! I was greeted upon arrival and offered coffee. I was in the chair on time as well. Abby collaborated with another stylist to fixed my damaged and stripped hair. I was impressed with the salon, as it was my first time there. Hair strength and integrity are a priority to the stylists here. I am now a permanent client. I showed Abby a picture with the haircut I wanted and the result wasn't anything like the picture. I wasn't able to notice this while still at the salon because she curled my hair even if I told her I did not want my hair curled. I went back the next day for her to fix my hair as I thought she did not understand the first time what exactly I wanted. she messed up my hair even more. never going back there.
