when i get the treatment its good but they still owe me 3 visits and I cant get them to call and schedule. They cancelled my appt and put me on a call list. I tried to get in touch and no response for weeks.

Very poor scheduling system- I attempted to call several times and never reached their serves. I finally went to the physical location to set up the first appointment. The staff associated with the laser treatment are very nice and welcoming, however the medical facility they are located in, is not. The treatment worked somewhat. I had overall reduction of hair growth but there was no permanent removal. I'd recommend localizing the 6 treatments to a smaller area to get better results.

To be clear, the laser technician that I have, Becky, is totally awesome. However, to get an appointment with Becky is a nightmare. The front desk here is awful. I have been coming to this place for over a year and they still ask me what I'm there for every single time I come in. To make matters worse, if you want to re-schedule an appointment, you can only do it through the incompetent front desk. Last month I had to call in FOUR separate times before the laser technician ever got back to me because the front office never told her I called. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation and DO NOT GET THIS GROUPON.

Good luck making an appointment. No one returns your calls, or you will be put on hold and no one ever picks back up. The laser hair removal machine went out for serving, so they called me and said they would let me know when the machine is back to reschedule my appointment. No call back. I call over and over again to schedule an appointment and no one EVER calls me back. Horrible service.
