Cassandra is very good at what she does & put me at ease. It was a lovely experience overall.

I was never able to get an appointment so this is why I give a low rating. Waited over a month to get in and the day of appointment she called and cancelled and wanted to re book another month out. Perhaps her facials are good, but I would not be able to rate that since I wasn't able to have one.
