Glad I took advantage of this - “it seems too good to be true Groupon Deal!” Wonderful trainers- always super reliable and enthusiastic! Perfect for what I want which is toning and light strengthening - no Big weights to intimidate.

I was very satisfied after my 12 sessions with the Groupon, so I joined for another 12 sessions. Had the pleasure of working with 2 different trainers David & Tina. Loved them both. They were very patient, made me comfortable, didn’t push me beyond my limits, but knew I could do more than I thought I was capable of. The place was clean & fully equipped.

My daughter trained with Hash and loved every minute of it. He was knowledgeable and gave her inspiration to work out and enjoy it.

For a novice exerciser, this is a definite place to go. It's wonderful to have a trainer working alongside you, explaining everything. Very clean and not crowded.
