Terrible service, interior detailing package not even vacuumed the entire car. The service was so terrible that i could see the dust and food below carpets. No dashboard cleaning. Worst place to visit

Was a great visit, no high pressure upgrade tactics. Car looked great on the inside when completed. Have purchased and used previously and will do again.

Nice cleaning, but disappointed they wanted to charge for every little thing and just do an okay job. They had a chemical that would clean the stain off my car and windows easily, but they wanted to charge a lot for a little extra work.

The detailed was kind, though the groupon only actually includes vacumming, cleaning the mats and shining up the inside. $80 more to do the seats. Also, note they do not do the headliners. The staff inside were rude and disrespectful even after I interacted with them they were yelling at each other and cussing.
Misleading Groupon and Lewisville location had horrible customer service besides detailed. Car looked good, for what was done.

My experience was limited to the detailing of a small car, interior and exterior. I had to ask them to touch up a couple things when I picked it up, but they did so quickly. It was a good value with the Groupon.

I must say I was very excited about the outcome unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I dropped my car off at 10 a.m. I was promised my vehicle would be done within 5 hours. There were a few things missed and I had to wait at least an hour. I still had makeup on my sunvisor that was never cleaned. The service professional was very nice however, I was not 100% satisfied.

The folks I dealt with there were all top notch as far as being friendly and attentive. The car I was having detailed was very dirty inside. (It was not MY car!). They did a very good job on the interior, but I noticed some less than perfect work on simple cleaning on the exterior. For the price, the car should have been spotless. I'd do it again, but would be very careful to go over everything inch by inch before leaving.
