I found their place to be clean and welcoming. My wait was pretty short. When I was taken into a room, the doctor consulted with me via video conference. All of this was great. What I found a bit disappointing was the lack of communication as the fibroblast procedure progressed. My technician didn’t explain what was going to happen or what benefit was expected. I had done my research beforehand so I kinda knew and was waiting to see how this was handled. At the end of the procedure, I was given a care bag and instructions for how to take care of the area for the following 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I did not see any improvement from the fibroblast treatment.
