I called to cancel appointment. Voucher was redeemed on Groupon to make appt. Manager would not reschedule. I asked for refund on Groupon but can only be authorized by manager and the manager lied saying the service was provided when we never arrived. That’s bad business and that is stealing. Im going to keep writing because that’s nasty to do people that way. And not professional.

Not worth the wait. I bought my Groupon in June 2025. When I call to schedule, I initially got no answer on several attempts. When I finally spoke to someone, there was no availability for weeks and I was told to call back. The deep tissue massage was not deep and she left the hot stone in one spot too long that was toooooo hot on my skin. Not worth the upgrade. The space was too cluttered with the multiple types of businesses being ran in one small area. Annetta was courteous but pushy with her up sales and 25% tip she reiterated several times at checkout. Would not recommend.

Excellent Service! Excellent Customer Service!! My sister ended up going to the wrong location but the ladies waited for her! They were so very sweet, patient, and understanding! The environment is so relaxing as well! I would highly recommend this location!!
