Kevin of Alibi Barber Shop, Alibi Salon, promised, committed with a price and then AT THE LAST MINUTE said he would not honor his word. Four weeks ago, at my last appointment, Kevin suggested to wax-remove my ear and nose hairs. I had never heard of this and was intrigued. I said I wanted it right then and there! Kevin said he needed to warm up his machine and could not do it that day. So I said "next time" and made another appointment for 4 weeks later. Two (2) days in advance of my appointment I reminded him of the waxing service and asked for the price. He gave me $15.00. I'm all set I thought. At no point did he give me any other indication other than that we were "on" for this. An hour before my appointment I texted him to make sure he had everything warmed up. He replied that he did not have the correct materials AND . . . HE HAD NO PLANS TO GET THEM! NOW YOU TELL ME?? AN HOUR BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT I MADE 4 WEEKS AGO??? No my friends, not Kevin, not Alibi Barber Shop, Alibi Salon (alibi . . . as in "excuse"). Kevin has no alibi, no excuse, for his outrageous and blatantly reprehensible actions and irresponsibility. The money is not the issue. The waste of my time, the disappointment, the upset are. I planned for this a month ago. Now I have to find someone else. STAY AWAY from Kevin and Alibi Barber Shop, Alibi Salon or any other name he goes by. STAY AWAY!!!

I really like the place that person who cut the hair was very nice and I do recommend a he’s very friendly person and he does a good job my nephew was very happyI I will go back again
