Good massage but lousy business practices. Doesn't return calls and impossible to schedule. Purchased follow up package but after 6 months of 3 cancelled appointments on his part I asked for refund. Never have received and doesn't return messages.

It might have been better if he had put down his cell phone and actually massaged me with both hands! He didn't use any oil...regular body lotion. I was polite and still left a tip, though; but I will not be going back; even if it was FREE!!

I've had many massages over the years, from literally dozens of masseuses. I like a VERY firm hand. I love a good sports or deep tissue massage. What I got from Karl was rug burns and bruises. I asked for him to lighten his touch and he told me I would thank him the next day. A few times he was actually rubbing bone. Nice guy, but the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had with a masseuse.
