About Hash It Out
Hash It Out's chefs prepare myriad sandwiches and pastries. But as the restaurant's name implies, breakfast hashes are the star of the menu. Prepared with fresh, local, and organic ingredients, the dishes provide diners with hearty morning meals, no matter their tastes.
- The Standard: Diced potatoes, peppers, and onions combine with aged cheddar, chevre, or swiss cheese to form the base of this breakfast, which is finished with a pair of baked eggs.
- The Corned-Beef Hash: Perhaps the best known hash of all time, Hash It Out's version includes potato cubes, onions, and swiss cheese plus corned beef cured in-house and two eggs.
- The Vegan: Vegan sausage can be added to this hash, which blends potatoes, peppers, and onions with sautéed local greens and one of Hash It Out's vegan cheese sauces.

I get a real craving for the place. Best corn beef I've ever had period, so good I get double meat over hash browns! Love the Ciabatta bread sandwich as well and their potato salad that comes with it is home cooking at its best.
The ladies are great and will cook it the way you like it...I'm getting hunger pangs just thinking about it.

Extremely nice people but my hash had so much spice in it that it was too hot for me.

They ran out of Corned Beef... so i had the pulled pork wrap which was hearty and mildly spicy, but yummy with the combo potatoes (gold and sweet). I would try them again. I hear the Ruben is amazing experience.
