Oregon Nation Tours, Portland

Four years ago we took a tour with the other Segway company in town and enjoyed it so much we decided to take another via Nation Tours this time. You might be thinking tour groups on Segways look kind of geeky, and maybe you do, but as soon as you get going on one you really don't care as they are a ton of fun and you come away wishing you had one of your own! All along our routing we heard people say they wished they were on a Segway right then as we cruised by them, covering way more ground than we could have done on foot in the same amount of time... Once again, we had a blast, and our guide Sam was entertaining, very knowledgeable, and did a great job at filling in gaps in our knowledge of the city. What was also great was that the routing was different from the other company, so it was not an exact repeat of what we had previously done, which worked out great. Can't go wrong with either company, and definitely worth the cost (especially using Groupon). Segways are really a lot of fun, and anyone can get comfortable on one within a matter of a few minutes.

What a great experience! Our tour guide was so nice and had a ton of historical information and great dining recommendations. We covered a lot of ground in a short period. Great way to get to know the city and we now have a idea of where we want to go and where we want to eat next. Highly recommend! This tour.
