Very sweet people

I would really love to recommend this cute place, but I honestly can't. I purchased the 6 girl basic spa party. I immediately went online to fill out a reservation request for the party. It says someone will contact you within 24 hours to confirm. Noone did, so I called and had to leave a message. Noone called me back that day nor the next. So I called again the third day several times, and the owner answered. I could here a change in her tone as soon as I said I have a groupon. This is just my opinion, but I do feel groupon users get treated differently than people that pay the full price. Anyway, yesterday was the party and not being familiar with the area its located in made it hard for us to find it. My gps kept telling me the place was in the middle of an intersection. Needless to say I called and luckily someone called me back to help me out with getting there. My guest also had a hard time finding. We were greeted with lemonade in paper cups and not champagne flutes. No popcorn either, and no name tags. The place is decorated cute as can be. My daughter and her friends were 6 years old, so they loved every minute. They will never know that they didn't get all that the policy stated we should have gotten. Our party was from 1-3pm, and by 2:30 the owner was telling us the party was over, and ushered us to come to the register to pay the 18% gratuity that is added on , even to groupons. We did not receive the gift bags for the guest, nor did the birthday girl get a special gift bag. Pretty disappointing.

I got this for my 5 year old granddaughter. She loved it. They were sweet, patient and attentive to her. The decor was great. All pink and white and black. Princess and glitter and shine everywhere. I plan to go back.
