I have taken classes with Ali, Sarah, and Michelle. They are dynamic, personable, and professional instructors with their own styles and routines. If you want a great workout that's fun and challenging you won't be disappointed.

Our instructor, Allison, conducted a dynamic class with the right balance between cardio and core exercises. The lavender infused massage at the end of the class was a lovely and unexpected detail that wrapped up the class on a delightful note. I am very much looking forward to next week’s class!
