Both of these dishes boast fresh seafood, one of the specialties at Cascade Jerk, and both are made to order, just like all of the other pastas and seafood found at this Jamaican restaurant in Rochdale.

As its name promises, Cascade Jerk also specializes in jerk seasoning, using it to flavor everything from chicken and pork to the creamy Dredlocks Pasta made with sweet peppers, broccoli, and carrots.
