The organization of the experience seemed like they were trying to be organised but not / and some staff were super nice and others super rude / for me it’s a one and done / I think other buildings are more competitive in the interactive experience / this is my 2nd time and only went bc of first timers visiting NYC … and empire is a classic venue / I don’t remember it being this weird chaotic organization system … it was nice to have the warmers on outside on the 86th floor / the selling of donuts up top meh small donuts that cost $$$$

The museum as you slowly made your way to the top was a great addition. It was nice to see how it all began with great interactive and lifelike displays. Views were amazing at night. A bit cold and windy, but so worth the visit.
