NEW QUEENS HAIR & BEAUTY SALON, Rego Park

Extremely uneven haircut. Very rough with brushing my hair. Not hygienic at all, I’ve seen dirty brushes all over the place.

I visited New Queens Hair And Beauty Salon on August 15th for a haircut. Sadly, my experience did not meet my expectations. I showed a photo of a haircut I wanted and showed the length of how much I wanted to be taken off. The stylist either didn’t understand or listened to my request. I ended up with a small trim and shapeless style. I was in a rush and thought that maybe I will learn to like this cut. Unfortunately, not. I stopped by the salon on August 22 and spoke to a stylist. I showed the same photos and was told that I wanted a short haircut. She agreed to correct it but stated I will need to pay again. I didn't mind paying something but not again. I must be fair and have to say that she cut my bangs exactly as I wanted.

Seriously did such a great job! Beyond my expectations, great value

I got a wash, cut and dry. The wash was a bad experience. I was made to keep picking up my head and the head massage was too rough. Aside from that, the haircut was what I asked for and done well.
