It was difficult making appointment. Every time i texted it would take hours or day to get a respond. The location/ this place looks so bad. I seriously question if she even have a license to run her place. I went there for ultherapy and i am pretty sure it wasn’t the service i paid for. It sucks that groupon also didn’t do anything after i complaint

I went today to see Mandy for a ultheraphy on my face and it was painless and thorough. She kept asking how I was if I was in pain. She was very sweet and efficient. The place was clean and nice. It took awhile to find parking.

The place is clean, quiet and nice. The aesthetician made sure I was comfortable. She explained to me what to expect afterwards and kindly answered all my questions. I will definitely come back for more treatment.

booked an appt, and the store wasn’t open. had to come back the next day & the lashes fell out in a week
