YoCha isn't like most frozen yogurt shops. Traditional Chinese desserts fill the menu, offering dulcet alternatives to classic fro-yo, such as bubble teas and "sweet soups." Fresh mango, herbal jelly, and taro fill the cold coconut tapioca soup, and morsels of sesame mochi float through the hot red bean soup. Smoothies and yocha bubble teas deliver refreshing pops of flavor, including honeydew and papaya. Then, of course, there's the frozen yogurt, in flavors such as pomegranate and salted caramel.
