I was a 1st time user and they exceeded my expectations by all the prep work before my car moved into the wash.

Overall they did a great job cleaning my car interior and exterior. They cleaned off all the bugs that stick to the front bumper. Most tunnel car washes cannot clean off the bugs very well. The big secret is the job that the two people near the tunnel entrance really do a great job of scrubbing that area of the car prior to entering the tunnel wash. The only issue I have is that the windows are not clear. The windows are clean but smeary and I will need to redo them myself.
