I had already purchased the Groupon and called. I have an upcoming appointment. When I called, the receptionist said the minimum price for frames associated with the Groupon will be $198. That did not seem like what the Groupon said. I will see if this Groupon deal is "bait and switch" when I go to my appointment. I used Groupon offers over the years and was very satisfied. I hope this Groupon is real.

We have found that it is best to go over all details of the Groupon deal with every patient prior to allowing them to schedule an appointment. We want to make sure no one has any questions, concerns or misconceptions about the deal prior to coming in to the office. We provide the highest qulity optical goods available at a very reasonable price and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Not sure how we deserve a 1 star rating before you even came in to the office but everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Please don’t go ! Dr Richard and staff were nice , however I got an eye infection the day after I went there on my right eye . ( the object that measured the eye pressure was not clean) I called the place today to see if the doctor could take a look as it stray to hurt , be Blu-ray , red and itching the day after my appointment. I used out of counter drops but didn’t help. The doctor‘s assistant said that I just can be seen if I pay an office visit . That was not nice as I am customer got something after their appointment. Is not about the money is the principal . They need to work on customer retention . I paid $ 52 for the groupon plus $88 for my reading h glasses . Now I will go to an especialista that can see this infection as in this place they want to charge for something that happens on their office . Very sad and disappointed 😔.

We are very sorry to hear about your eye infection issues. As we have discussed with you, Dr. Black (Dr. Richard Black) verified that it is not possible to contract an eye infection from our equipment because a new, sterile probe is used on every patient to check eye pressures. It is also not possible to have eye infection symptoms 1 day after your visit as it takes about 7-10 days for an infection to incubate. Most importantly, our focus and concern is on the health of your eyes and Dr. Black is highly concerned as to why it took you more than 2 weeks to call us about your issue. We also offered for you to come in and we would work out the payment but have never heard from you.
