Charged my 83 year old father extra for cleaning his "dirty" small SUV after purchasing the gold level detail. Having driven the car I can be sure it was ready for a detail not something that hadn't ever been cleaned. The detail was decent but far from perfect especially with an added charge.

I Waited an hour and a half just for an oil change
