Huge shoutout to Shatara at Clean Up Carpet & Tile Care! Although there was a scheduling hiccup with the tech not showing up for my 3pm appointment and not texting me until after 6pm despite my numerous calls. Shatara arrived the next day and knocked it out of the park. She is fast, detailed, and has great energy. My carpets look great. 5 stars because of Shatara!
