Scheduling the initial appointment was a nightmare. Before the online scheduler was in place, several phone calls and emails went unanswered. At one point I was sure this was a scam and asked Groupon to be reimbursed. However, once they committed to a date, they came out and did an excellent job.

Their work was amazing! I even had the carpets cleaned for an additional cost. Be patient on emails though, but once they show up it will be worth it.
