I purchased up to get 3 cryosculpts and wraps. Total was $650 for 3 sessions. Redeemed first was was good. 2nd appointment I was stood up and had to wait an hour for anyone to open the spa. By the 3rd session scheduled for 11/6/21, the company did not have a working phone and was told by former employee "she moved" and she did not answer any emails I sent. Facebook site complains of the same. I lost about $200 dollars because 3rd session never happened. Made my 3rd appointment with a different company, Chill Cryo, and they were way less expensive for more per session!!!

Shay was great. She made sure I was comfortable and checked on me frequently. The wrap felt amazing and was so relaxing. I look forward to trying other services.
