I was pretty surprised that the technician did not wear a mask while performing my service. Her face was right in front of my face and we are in a global pandemic. Not sure if it’s a right or a choice but it’s definitely not the right thing to do. I was grateful to have double-masked with an n95. The rest of the practice was following guidelines so maybe she forget? Either way. Irresponsible.

Horrible work and extremely unprofessional. Results don't last and when you try to go back for a touch up, they don't answer their phones.
