May at A+ ILash Studio was great! Using a special camera, they provided insightful scalp analysis. Her thorough cleanse left my hair revitalized, and the relaxing scalp and neck massages were fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an exceptional scalp treatment!

Based on the merchant experience, I would probably only give them 1 or 2 stars. Based on the service (May was amazing), I would give them 5 stars so I split it and gave them 3. When I got there, the man in charge immediately started trying to "upsell" me. I told him I just wanted the service I had paid for. Then after May started to wash my hair he told me it would be $15 extra for longer hair (never mentioned in the groupon). I said "you're telling me now...". He said, since I did not tell you, it will only be $5. After the service, he showed me their policy of an extra $5 or $10 for length (no mention of $15). I don't mind paying more for longer hair if it is stated up front, but I don't like the shady business of trying to get more money. Honestly, if it had not been for that, I would return again as the service was great. He lost business being greedy.
