Tried 3 times to go to Redmond location- it was always closed. Went to Seattle location instead. It was an interesting cultural experience- lot's of pot stores nearby, customers coming in in sweat outfits clearly high getting food to go. My boyfriend said he kind of liked it: that it is like in China, one of those places where if he smoked, he could probably just light up right there in the restaurant. I said you mean cuz the walls are already giving off smoke smell and my throat is feeling it. I sneeze. "Maybe I should step outside." "Just throw a chair through the window," he replied. We both laughed! It was good to laugh with him. Good for our relationship! Staff was friendly, if not a bit high themselves. Gave you that homey feel to come in and have them finish up their personal phone call to help you. Food was mediocre. Rice was good. Paneer good. Tikka Masala sauce was mediocre- like campbell's soup with Indian spices added. My boyfriend's dish was a bit bland on the flavors. Roti was good. Mango Lassi was good. Prices were good/cheap. Nothing made us ill! Seattle Location was out of the way...in "the hood."
