The "service" provided was a complete scam. I was uncomfortable with the people that came to my house and then felt pressured to have them do more work than I had paid for with the group-on. Not only was nothing cleaned but the people that came didn't even know how the furnace worked or what the various parts were - let alone were they able to clean them as they said they had. Two days later I had another company come out to inspect the work, or I should say lack there of, and they documented exactly what needed to be done to include pictures of the uncleaned furnace and of the items found still sitting in my ducts. Complete disgust with TLC.

Totally unprofessional way of dealing with clients. The person who came to the home was more interested in selling other services than doing the promised stuff right. He charged way too much for a furnace cleaning which he did in 10 minutes - all he did was use a brush to dust the furnace. He clearly doesn't know much about furnaces. He did not know how to open a furnace, he did not know what part of furnace does what. A day later, I got a call from the owner saying the groupon code is not right. She says it is supposed to be one particular format, which it is not, I sent a screenshot of the groupon. A day later, I get a marketing calls on my mobile phone selling other services. STAY AWAY!

They messed up the Groupon number so when the tech came out to the home they refused to do the work and were difficult to deal with after that. Never again.

Ad misleading..it said air duct cleaning. I paid 270.00 extra to have them cleaned.
