They are immensely slow. Had an appointment for mani-pedi at 5:30. Arrived on time went right to start the pedi. finally left exasperated at 8:15!! No dinner and Grouchy!

Worst mani pedi I've ever had. She cut my nails off and rounded them after I said I wanted them long and square. Took a while to grow them that long. Also she did nails standing next to me and used really harsh files and I felt she either hate me or her job or both. Paint jobs on both were sloppy too and the lady doing my toes asked if I was depressed! Bc I was keeping my toes apart bc she was too lazy to put cotton bt my toes!
