The tour was fantastic and very informative. The owner was the tour guide and he demonstrated the whole process and his knowledge of the history of Distilling and the History of Riverside was awesome!

Derek was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about spirits. Not so much a tour as a mini seminar on how to create good whiskey.

We had such a fun time, learned SO MUCH, and got to try lots of new things. The history of everything was so interesting, and I want to go back soon just to try more drinks on the menu! Highly recommend this tour!
