Ana was incredibly kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. The massage itself had good intentions, but I personally prefer a quieter experience to fully relax, and there was a bit more conversation than I expected. The space could use a little attention to detail—such as the face rest kept slipping and face kept going inside and the lobby cloth chairs too many stains—but overall, the staff’s friendliness stood out. With a few improvements, this could be a wonderful spot for relaxation.
