She was wonderful and completely honest about what I needed. When she truly thought I did not need anymore treatments in an area she told me instead of trying to up sell a package I did not need. This is a rare quality and I am very grateful

Atmosphere was very warming, and she was sweet, I even purchased other products such as her scrub. Only 4 stars because a whole strip was left that I could clearly see bent over in the mirror.
