As I read the reviews before even walking into this salon I can honestly say I was more then disappointed! It started by me waiting for 45 min. I got my hair highlighted, and a cut and style, although the highlight turned out ok my haircut was a disaster. When I got home to straighten my hair I noticed my hair was all uneven pictures to follow! Very unhappy. She won't offer me a refund either.

I'm sorry you feel this way. As you stated before, you love the color, and will not let me see the cut in person. As I've said, I would be more than happy to fix this for you but if you don't come in I can't help you! Apologies about no refund, but as I've previously stated, the cost of the groupon goes directly towards product.
